Equipped with the STIHL® 3/8" RM3 OILOMATIC® saw chain for high cutting performance. Thanks to STIHL Quick Chain Tensioning, you can re-tension the saw chain easily and safely without tools.

Pre-separation routing removes larger particles before they can reach the actual filter, helping you to work with as little interruption as possible. It is also possible to retrofit an HD2 air filter and thereby enable even longer service intervals, as it effectively keeps dust away from the chainsaw engine. Doing this means your chainsaw has the advantages of a long-life air filter system. The STIHL® anti-vibration system reduces engine and tool vibrations so that your muscles and joints are protected as you work.
